The builder put laminate flooring in the kitchen. Moisture. Found mold! Raphael’s helping me remove the flooring. Subfloor protected & dry.

Birthday party with extended family of in-laws of in-laws. Passing time trying to draw family tree & keeping track of my kids.
Batteries not included on that solar number (or other fixed costs like installation).
Just did the math with the power bill: at $1/watt solar, any solar investment that’s fully utilized pays for itself in about 1.12 years.
